The document in my possession is a copy of an original, but nevertheless contains vital information about the Frasier family. I imagine this document may have been needed in place of birth certificates for the Frasier children.
It contains birth dates and locations for Edward, Ida and all their children. I have not transcribed it, but feel free to peruse the digital copy.
