We are staying in two units in Breckenridge, Colorado, located about 0.1 mile apart from each other.
First is the Gold King Lodge – the same place we stayed last time. It is an 8-bedroom unit with a variety of King, Queen and single bed combinations.
Total cost for the Gold King is $3,908.53 (includes all fees and taxes). Payment schedule is as follows:
11/30/2014 Deposit: $977.16 (paid)
2/21/2015 Payment 1: 977.16 (paid)
4/21/2015 Payment 2: 977.16 (paid)
6/21/2016 Payment 3: 977.16
Due to turnout, we have also rented a Ski Cabin, just a short walk west from the Gold King. The cost for the Ski Cabin $1,674.76 (paid) for the four-night stay. There are three bedrooms plus a loft.
Currently, we have 25 people confirmed to attend. Cost per person per night stands at $55.83 but I expect 3 or 4 more to attend for at least a night or two each.
